Growing Conditions

The grapes that give rise to this wine came from a small plot of 1 hectare of Tannat vines that were brought from France and planted in 2014 and 2015. The entire plot is located on a steep slope, exposed to the North and in rows oriented towards North-South.

Nose

With aromas of roasted black cherries, blackberries with some dried herbs and spices.

Palate

Full-bodied, juicy, with soft tannins and a final taste of black cherries.

Food Pairing

Its tasting temperature is 14° to 16°. It is ideal for pairing with meats, cold cuts and cheeses.
